Quite simply, we are your neighborhood glass shop. Since our start in 1960, we have tried to do business in a manner that earned customers and employees for life.
While we started as a "mobile glass shop", we now have stores in Modesto, Manteca, Turlock and Merced and service the majority of the Central Valley. We also own Wardrobe and Bath Specialties, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality shower doors and enclosures that services other glass shops throughout the Western United States.
We have expanded our services to include everything in glass - from your car to your home or business; even added auto service (Merced), and home storage solutions most recently.
These products may seem divergent, but they are all rooted in a simple philosophy of providing great value, quality and service in everything we do; and making the investments necessary to enable a truly great experience for every customer.
Over the years, our efforts have been rewarded and recognized...we have been voted 'Readers Choice' in the Modesto Bee and Merced Sun Star, the 209 Magazine, and other valley publications virtually every year. AGRR magazine, a glass industry publication, named us one of the top retailers in the US the last two years. Our president Steve Mort, served as the Chairman of the National Glass Association and several of our leaders are active nationally in trade groups and speaking engagements on a variety of topics: from safety to customer service. Awards are nice; but these accolades make us try harder. We want to be great for our community and business.

Every decision we make is rooted in doing the right thing for customers, employees and for the community in which we all belong. We strive to extend ourselves by making a genuine attempt to serve - every time. Whether you need a windshield, or want to order a pizza, we want to help you get that done (we don't make pizza, but we know where you can get some good ones). No matter how big we get, every customer is a person and there is no such thing as the next transaction.
We are experts and craftsmen. We have to be. If we don't know the answer or can't do the job, it is our job to find the answer or learn the skill. This mindset leads to great quality and customer trust. It also leads to huge investments in training and recruiting so our team not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk.
We are honest. We won't hide behind policies that don't fit, or make up stories to explain way mistakes. We try to find the right answer and make ti happen every time - when we fall short, we make it right. Our people are empowered to find the right solution in every customer situation, and our managers are empowered and expected to lead their teams ethically, fairly and honestly.
